SIU COVID-19 Update – May 28, 2020

Brothers and Sisters,

While some provincial governments are beginning to loosen the restrictions regarding COVID-19, the SIU of Canada will continue to act in the best interest and safety of all our Members and our staff and will not be reopening the Union Halls until there is a consistent decline in the number of COVID-19 cases in the regions in which our Halls are located.

It is for this reason that all SIU Union Halls will remain closed until at least June 15, at which time we will reassess the situation and provide a further update via our social media channels, and website.

For the time being, all SIU staff continue to work to serve our Members. If you are in need of immediate assistance, please see the below contact list for all SIU officials that has been previously posted on all of our channels.
